The feedback I got from the event was that your catering was just wonderful. The touches such as the utensils wrapped, note cards with what the dishes was and the professionalism of the staff that dropped off the food. No one had a bad thing to say just wonderful raves.

I wanted to let you know the spread was amazing and everyone LOVED IT! The two favorites were the chicken and snow peas skewers and BBQ chicken bites. I just wanted to let you know how perfect everything was for the wedding reception. The room was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING. We could have not have envisioned anything more beautiful!! When we talked about covering up the drapes and audio visual equipment, I had no idea that they could totally transform the room to look like a ballroom!! And the paper lanterns were perfect!!!

The flowers were GORGEOUS and certainly made everything look elegant. The Cab tables gave the room more definition and it didn't look flat. And the chairs, you were totally right in getting the Chivaris. They added so much!!

The Food: FANTASTIC!!!!! Everyone was commenting on how delicious every station was. They would go to one station and love it, then go to the next thinking it would not be as good and it was better -- then the next -- better ... Between listening to them loving the reception site and them loving your food, I just kept thanking them and giving you all shout outs!!

Believe me when I tell you that the night would not have been so special if it was not for you and all your hard work!!! I can not tell you how much we appreciate it and realize that it NEVER would have happened if it was not for you. Kathleen and Mark (and me) had the perfect wedding reception - exactly what we had wanted and ever hoped for. It was every girl's dream reception!!

Some of you may be thinking "wow, a little late on this one!" but you know what they say, better late than never (but never late is better, which is, of course, our business motto). As an Executive Chef can especially understand, we've been caught up in the throws of a busy season, and while we were all there on April 13th to congratulate him and send him off on his honeymoon, we never made it BLOG official. So CONGRATULATIONS, CHEF TOM & AMY, on an absolutely beautiful wedding!!!! We are so happy for you two and could not be more ecstatic to officially bring Amy into the Made From Scratch family. As she is aware, we are just that, a family, and boy does she fit in perfectly! Cheers to the beautiful couple.
